<p>For companies that previously held accounts on the old Mining Cadastre system, please utilize the <a href="https://mmmdui.gsb.gov.zm/services/115"><strong>Authorized Registration</strong></a> service to submit the <strong>Zampass accounts</strong> that should be associated with your organization. The Ministry will process requests and attach the accounts within <strong>48 hours</strong>, enabling continued access to services on behalf of your corporate profile.</p>

<li>Authenticate using ZamPass digital identity</li>
<li>Navigate to Personal Workplace</li>
<li>Choose and apply for Ground Rent e-Service</li>
<li>Preview the GS-1 Service Info form, continue the process by clicking &#8220;Next&#8221;</li>
<li>On the GS-1 Service Details form fill in the Land Parcel ID (ex. L/10101/M) and query the data</li>
<li>Choose the number of years to pay for and click &#8220;Next&#8221; to continue the process</li>
<li>Preview the Treasury Invoice and payment details</li>
<li>Choose a payment method, payment processor and complete the payment online</li>
<li>Receive a Treasury Receipt and preview the details of the completed payment</li>

<li>Navigate to your Personal Workplace</li>

<p>Zambia Police Service joins Government e-Services Portal with a range of digital public services. Starting with 2021, applicants can apply online for the services provided by Zambia Police Service (ZPS), namely:</p>

<li>Police Clearance Certificate (Fingerprints)</li>
<li>Interpol Motor Vehicle Clearance</li>
<li>Cross-Border Permit Interpol Motor Vehicle Clearance</li>
<li>Permanent De-Registration Interpol Motor Vehicle Clearance</li>
<li>Provisional Firearm Certificate</li>
<li>Firearm Certificate</li>
</ol>
<p>Applicants can apply for the e-services provided by ZPS online 24/7 via ZamPortal. Due to the nature of the Police e-Services, all the e-services are operator-assisted, which requires actual processing of the application by ZPS staff. Depending on the type of e-service, the result can be received online as short as 48h (<em>NB: does not apply to all ZPS e-services</em>).</p>

<p>As of February 2021, there are 51 e-services are available on the Government E-Services Portal. The e-services available on ZamPortal e-Services Directory are provided by RTSA, PACRA, Department of Immigration, Police Service, Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources, Registrar of Societies and other authorities. <p>New e-Services are to come on board the Government e-Services Portal by the end of 2021. The e-Services to be added to ZamPortal will be provided by:</p>
<ol>
<li>Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources (50+ services)</li>
<li>Patents and Companies Registration Agency (70+ services)</li>
<li>Ministry of Tourism and Arts (40+ services)</li>
<li>Zambia Compulsory Standards Agency (7 services)</li>
</ol>
<p>New systems implemented under the Government Service Bus will expose new e-services on the government e-services, which applicants would be able to apply online! <p>A variety of the e-services is available to the applicants (citizens, legal residents, business representatives and foreigners) on ZamPortal. All the services are divided into three categories:</p>

<li>services requiring visits (e-services which require human processing and physical visit/interview)</li>
</ul>
<p>Automated e-services are the most convenient for applicants, which provide the maximum comfort level to applicants, as the result of the service (printout) could be received instantly after completing the application process on <a href="https://eservices.gov.zm/">ZamPortal</a>.</p>
