Transition for Existing Users

For companies that previously held accounts on the old Mining Cadastre system, please utilize the Authorized Registration service to submit the Zampass accounts that should be associated with your organization. The Ministry will process requests and attach the accounts within 48 hours, enabling continued access to services on behalf of your corporate profile.

Public Access to Mining Information

The Government remains committed to transparency in the mining sector. Information about mines operating in Zambia will continue to be publicly accessible. Additionally, users can now access spatial mining data through the new Public GIS Data Portal at https://ngdr.gsb.gov.zm.

Great news! Now users can apply and pay for digital public services via Government E-Services Portal using MTN Mobile Money and ZICB SmartPay Internet Banking. 

To pay for service using MTN mobile money, follow the next steps:

1. Navigate to Government E-Services Portal (https://eservices.gov.zm/)
2. Log in using your ZamPass account
3. Navigate to your workplace and apply for e-service
4. Select MTN Mobile Money to complete the payment and type in your phone number
5. Confirm the payment transaction using your mobile device
6. Complete the payment, get the receipt and continue the application process
