To apply and pay for an online service via Government E-Services Portal, follow the next steps:

1. Navigate to Government E-Services Portal (https://eservices.gov.zm/)
2. Login using ZamPass account
3. Navigate to your Personal Workplace
4. Choose the desired E-Service to apply for
5. Apply for selected E-Service, fill-in all the application forms
6. Proceed to the Payment step
7. Select the desired Payment Method (online banking, mobile money, credit/debit cards)
8. Select the desired Payment Processor, depending on the selected payment method (i.e. for mobile payments – ZamTel, AirTel, etc.)
9. Complete the payment following the instructions
