To pay for service using MTN mobile money, follow the next steps:

1. Navigate to Government E-Services Portal (https://eservices.gov.zm/)
2. Log in using your ZamPass account
3. Navigate to your workplace and apply for e-service
4. Select MTN Mobile Money to complete the payment and type in your phone number
5. Confirm the payment transaction using your mobile device
6. Complete the payment, get the receipt and continue the application process

To apply and pay for a service using Zambia Industrial Commercial Bank (ZICB) SmartPay Internet Banking, follow the next steps:

A variety of the e-services is available to the applicants (citizens, legal residents, business representatives and foreigners) on ZamPortal. All the services are divided into three categories:

• self-services (automated e-services which do not require human interaction)
• operator-assisted services (e-services which require human processing)
• services requiring visits (e-services which require human processing and physical visit/interview)

Automated e-services are the most convenient for applicants, which provide the maximum comfort level to applicants, as the result of the service (printout) could be received instantly after completing the application process on ZamPortal.
