In order to be able to initiate a business or company registration, the Applicant should provide, together with the corresponding Application, the following Supporting Documents:
- Certified copy of NRC of local Company's director (optional)
- Certified copy of Incorporation Certificate (optional - in case of Foreign Company Registration)
Request a Name Clearance
Check if desired Business/Company Name is not already taken and qualifies for registration, in accordance with current regulations, by choosing to apply for The Patents and Companies Registration Agency (PACRA) electronic service Name Clearance.
Opt for the Name Reservation
In case when a successfully cleared Business or Company Name cannot be used immediately, keep it by choosing to apply for PACRA's Name Reservation electronic service.
Perform the Name Reservation (offline)
Perform the Business/Company Name Registration - an operation that can be performed only on the promises of PACRA
Request the Annual Return
Request, pay and check the Company's status and related information about the company, by choosing to apply for PACRA's No-Change Annual Return electronic service.
