MTN Mobile Money and ZICB SmartPay on ZamPortal

Great news! Now users can apply and pay for digital public services via Government E-Services Portal using MTN Mobile Money and ZICB SmartPay Internet Banking.
To pay for service using MTN mobile money, follow the next steps:
- Navigate to Government E-Services Portal (https://eservices.gov.zm/)
- Log in using your ZamPass account
- Navigate to your workplace and apply for e-service
- Select MTN Mobile Money to complete the payment and type in your phone number
- Confirm the payment transaction using your mobile device
- Complete the payment, get the receipt and continue the application process
To apply and pay for a service using Zambia Industrial Commercial Bank (ZICB) SmartPay Internet Banking, follow the next steps:
- Navigate to Government E-Services Portal (https://eservices.gov.zm/)
- Log in using your ZamPass account
- Navigate to your workplace and apply for e-service
- Select ZICB SmartPay Internet Banking as a payment option
- Log in and complete your payment via ZICB SmartPay
- Once the payment is completed, return to Government E-Services Portal, get your digital receipt and continue the application process
