ZamPortal Support for Users

Online Support on ZamPortal via ZenDesk

All applicants coming to ZamPortal – Government E-Services Portal can receive the support online. When requesting a government service online via ZamPortal, users can request support via a support widget powered by an AI-based bot – ZamBot. The support can be requested online by filling in the form and typing in the question. If the answer to the question can be found in the knowledge base, the link to the corresponding article would be provided immediately by ZamBot. In case when a question is complicated and requires advanced support, the request is automatically escalated to the support unit agent.

The support is also provided to ZamPortal users via E-mail, Phone and Social Networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram).
